I joined as the sole designer in a pre-launch startup environment. We were designing a multi-touch user journey that includes an asynchronous virtual appointment, a real-world touchpoint plus shipping back the sample. Cervical cancer screening can be confusing and potentially scary, so designing an experience in that context has been challenging but also really rewarding.
