I was tasked with identifying and firing up the right tool for the job. PostHog stood out to me for its broad set of features and approachable price to get started. Given our healthcare context, it was especially important to me to maintain the privacy of our users, and we built a system of data management that anonymized each user and the data they entered while still giving us the ability to track multi-touch user journeys.
